Accounts Payable Manager

Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join a fast growing private equity backed business. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller your responsibilities will be. Lead and enhance the accounts payable function, alongside another Accounts Payable Manager for the UK business. You will manage a team of 4 accounts payable assistants, ensure the accurate processing of invoices, ensure timely payments, and foster positive relationships with suppliers. Your expertise will drive process improvements, maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and make a meaningful impact on our financial operations. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and be a point of escalation for discrepancies or payment issues. You will be working with over 5000 suppliers processing up to 400 invoices daily.

The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years experience gained whilst working in Accounts Payable, you must have supervised teams previously and have the ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise your workload. This is a 6 month fixed term contract to start immediately that will likely become permanent. If you are on short notice or immediately available please submit your CV.
