Accounts Payable / Payroll Manager

Ruby Group are looking for and Accounts Payable / Payroll Manager to join a fast growing business that has seen consistent levels of growth, this is a trend set to continue. Located in the heart of London's West end our client offers an excellent working environment with newly refurbished offices that include Breakfast areas and roof terraces. A newly created role reporting in to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will be to Manage the Accounts Payable function supervising two Accounts payable assistants. It is a high volume multi site ledger. You will be processing weekly payment runs, dealing with and resolving complex queries. Producing supplier reports and reconciling accounts. Processing company credit cards and expenses. You will also be responsible for Managing the UK Payroll and outsourced Asia Payroll. The company is going through a restructure, as a result you will get involved with ad-hoc projects looking at processes and controls to increase efficiencies.

The ideal applicant will have a proven track record managing Accounts Payable teams, and Payroll whilst working in large company high volume multi site environment. You must have Intermediate excel skill with the ability to use V lookups and pivot tables. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and Sage Payroll is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with external and internal clients. You must have the ability to work to deadlines and priorities workload.
