- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced Accounts Receivable (Sales Ledger) Specialist within the Leisure industry based in central London, Mayfair.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be in a varied and detailed role where accuracy and pace will be celebrated and you will be dealing with a high-end client base:
· Daily posting and allocation of sales ledger multi-currency payments received; both cash and credit card payments
· Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts (brokers and customers)
· Debtors Analysis (i.e. dashboard reporting)
· Overview of the SAP/AR ledger
· Supporting the department on month-end close process (bad debt reporting)
· Control over the credit card payment process
· A number or Ad-hoc duties
The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Approximately 2-3 years’ experience gained in an accounting role
· AAT qualified or part-qualified desirable
· Intermediate Excel knowledge
· SAP experience essential
