Finance Director

Ruby Group is looking for a Finance Director to join a Manufacturing and Technology business based in Central London. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company poised for an IPO within the next 12 months, with periodic stock market responsibilities.

As Finance Director, you'll work from a small London office, providing head office services for the manufacturing group. You'll interact with each company to establish periodic reporting and consolidation processes, focusing on process improvement from both financial and operational perspectives to solidify the financial status of each group company.

You'll oversee financial reporting and hands-on management accounting, implementing control measures to ensure financial stability. Your role will also involve preparing for and managing responsibilities related to the upcoming IPO.

We're looking for someone with an ACA, CIMA, ICAS, or CPA qualification and several years of experience, ideally from an engineering, manufacturing, or SME background. You should have strong financial reporting skills and hands-on management accounting experience. Highly analytical with a confident and personable demeanor, you'll have the ability to build relationships and foster a culture of teamwork. An understanding of international tax laws and regulations is desirable, and experience with M&A and stock market exposure is preferable.
