Finance Manager

Ruby Group is looking for a Finance Manager to join a listed manufacturing company. This newly created role reports into the Group Financial Controller. 

Your responsibilities will include producing monthly entity and group management accounts, including full P&L analysis, and ensuring financial reports are accurate and complete, aligning with budget forecasts. The role involves handling balance sheet reconciliations, VAT reporting, revenue tracking, and maintaining financial reporting and audit compliance. You will manage subsidiary accounts and financial control frameworks, supervise and support a team of seven, and develop and review current financial systems.

Candidates should be CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with at least two years of post-qualified experience, ideally gained while working in group finance. You must have strong technical expertise in P&L analysis and management accounts production, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop junior team members. Expertise in financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting is essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
