Senior Credit Controller

Ruby Group are looking for a senior Credit Controller to join a fast growing Legal/professional services firm. This is a newly created job reporting into the Head of Finance. Your responsibilities will be to, assist the Head of Finance to build and implement a successful credit control function from ground level. Solely manage the accounts receivable ledger, including tracking overdue accounts. Managing the centralised billing, liaising with all departments and promptly send out daily invoices to clients. Maintain a professional report with clients regarding outstanding invoices and billing queries. Reconcile client accounts, investigate any discrepancies, resolving billing queries promptly. Interrogate aged debtor reporting and escalate any issues with outstanding accounts promptly. Identify opportunities to streamline credit control processes and improve efficiency.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of three years Credit Control experience and have proven track record reducing debtor’s days. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload. Hybrid working is offered.
