Finance Manager

Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join a global commodities business located in Central London, employing over 90000 people. Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will be. Manage the financial Accounting, reporting (IFRS), and planning, in accordance with FRC and FCA regulations. Supervising a team of three qualified accountants, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of appropriate reporting processes to measure business performance and results effectively and efficiently. Partner with business management to develop and implement strategic objectives, provide senior level business consulting, analysis, and recommendations. Ensure development and preparation of accurate daily dealing P&Ls and regular review of accounts and balance sheet. Produce reports in line with internal and external requirements. Providing accurate reporting information to tax advisors as required for annual corporate tax and VAT returns.

The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in either ACA, CIMA or ACCA. You must have at least 4 years post qualified experience ideally gained whilst working in a relevant industry. You must have a strong knowledge of the financial derivatives markets and hedging mechanisms. An excellent knowledge of IFRS is essential.
