- Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join a global ftse250 business that employs more than 50000 people in over 600 offices across Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. This is a newly created role reporting to the Group Financial Controller. Your responsibilities will be to supervise a team consisting of an Assistant Management Accountant and Accounts Assistant, who are both working towards being fully qualified. They are responsible for the financial management of the head office entities, that hold the group function cost centres, treasury function and other smaller holding companies. You will be responsible for developing the team, reporting results to the PLC head office. You will be the primary finance business partner to the business systems team, providing financial analysis and support with ad-hoc finance projects. You will develop relationships with the subsidiary finance functions. Produce Monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, and budgets. Statutory submission twice a year. Capturing and maintaining the CAPEX and OPEX annual forecast. Working with auditors at year end, dividend reviews. Ensuring processes and polices are documented and updated on a regular basis.
The ideal applicant will have a relevant degree and be fully qualified in either ACCA, ACA, or CIMA. Excellent communication skills and the ability to properties your workload is essential. You must have produced a full set of monthly management accounts and have supervised teams previously. Advanced excel skills are advantageous.
