- Description
Ruby Group are recruiting an FP&A Manager for a Global Logistics company based in Central London. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working (2 days in the office) and reporting into the Finance Director. The role is offering an attractive salary package and a good bonus structure.
The main duties/responsibilities of the role are: -
- Take ownership of the FP&A process for the business with best practices and documentation, ensuring full knowledge of SAP and non-SAP system processes.
- Inherit and implement a global FP&A process that is consistent, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of FP&A policies and procedures, ensuring that they are up to date and in line with best practices.
- Act as the FP&A stakeholder in SAP implementation initiatives and own the installed base FP&A processes.
- Work closely with the IT team to manage the SAP S4 system and ensure that it supports the FP&A process.
- Develop and maintain a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the FP&A process and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reporting for Operations, IT and business areas in order to support the analysis of enhancements, new initiatives and regular operations and design & audit current or missing FP&A reporting given available systems and structures.
- Ensure fluid communication and relationship with the regional Business partners, IT Finance, FP&A, and other business areas in order to generate reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams, including accounting, tax, and treasury, to ensure that the FP&A process is integrated with other financial processes
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar level function. They will also have strong SAP (ideally HANA) system knowledge and would have worked in a global company. ACCA/CIMA and ACA qualified candidates are preferred however, our client are open to studiers and finalists.
