Ruby Group are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join a fast growing international technology company located in London and the US. The role is urgent, and newly created because of an increase in business. Reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will be. To maintain and reconcile the accounts payable ledger, dealing with and resolving queries. Maintain and reconcile the Accounts receivable ledger. Producing month end reports for senior manager. Reconciling bank accounts, allocating cash and producing accounts up to trial balance.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 4 years experience gained ideally whilst working in a finance department. Quickbooks experience is Advantageous. You must be working towards the ACCA, CIMA or AAT and be at least part qualified. Good excel and communication skills are essential. This is an urgent position to start next week.
