Ruby Group are recruiting for a remote temporary opportunity suitable for an experienced Senior Group Accounting Manager within a global, listed SAAS technology business based in central London.
The role will start ASAP and will most likely develop into another project and be fully remote and will appeal to a professional daily rate contractor seeking a challenging and rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
• You will be helping the US Senior Finance Manager out with their Q2 reporting cycle
• Helping the Senior FM out through their Q2 reporting cycle
• Assistance with the Group consolidation and preparation of the group financial statements
• Gathering the reporting information from the UK and international teams including a recent acquisition
• Ensuring the information reported is converted to USD correctly, and preparing financial statement footnotes based on those figures
The ideal Senior Accounting Manager will possess the following attributes/skills:
• US GAAP experience
• Strong knowledge of Group Reporting Concepts (i.e. working with different business divisions/segments to combine information for consolidated financial statements reporting)
• A full accountancy qualifciation - ACA (ICAEW), ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAS
• Exposure to 10-Q financial statement reporting
