Ruby Group are looking for an immediately available Billing Assistant to support the billing manager in an ongoing temporary contract. This is a newly created role created as a result of an increase in work load. Your responsibilities will be. Maintain Billing data on the Coldharbour database, provide support for users and team at offices nationwide. You will liaise with the finance and credit control departments at Head Office. You will be expected to support offices remotely, with a view to streamlining current processes, ensuring they are utilising the Coldharbour system to drive operational efficiencies. Driving reduction in late and inaccurate billing through team supervision, creating and updating contracts for new clients and existing clients and producing invoices, sending them out to relevant purchasers within deadlines. The ideal applicant will have at least 6 months experience gained whilst working in a billings or finance team. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Intermediate excel skills are essential. If you can interview and start immediately please submit your CV.
